Return and Exchange Policy

At Kshan Watch Pvt Ltd, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return and Exchange Policy carefully before initiating a return or refund request.

Refunds are granted only in the following cases:

• The watch was received damaged or defective.

• The watch is non-functioning upon arrival.

• The wrong item was delivered.

Refunds will not be granted for issues related to size, color, or personal preferences.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags intact.

• It must be in its original packaging with all items provided in the package (e.g., manuals, tools, accessories).

• All bracelet links must remain attached and untouched.

• The item must be free of scratches or other damage.

• The return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us at  support@kshanwatches.com with your order details, reason for return, and proof of delivery date.

2. If your return request is approved, we will provide the return address via email.

3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided.

4. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, if it meets the above conditions, we will initiate the refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@kshanwatches.com with detailed photos and order details. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Proof Of Damage

To claim a refund or exchange for any damages, customers must provide a video of the unboxing at the time of delivery. This will help us assess and process claims efficiently.

Warranty

The warranty on our products is 1 year from the date of shipment. It does not cover any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the directions provided by Kshan Watches.
