Return, Cancellation, Refund & Warranty Policy

At Kshan Watches, we are committed to providing a high-quality ownership experience. Please read the following policy carefully before requesting a cancellation, return, refund, exchange, or warranty service.

Refunds are granted only in the following cases

A refund may be approved if:

• The watch was received damaged or defective.
• The watch is non-functioning upon arrival.
• The wrong item was delivered.

Refunds will not be granted for reasons related to size, colour, personal preference, or change of mind after the order has been dispatched.

Customers may request cancellation of an order before dispatch, subject to the Order Cancellation terms mentioned below.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn and unused.
• All tags, protective films and packaging must remain intact.
• The watch must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, tools and other items supplied with the order.
• All bracelet links must remain attached and unaltered.
• The watch must be free from scratches, dents or any other signs of use or damage.
• The return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Order Cancellations

Customer-initiated cancellations may be requested only before the order has been dispatched.

For cancellations requested after an order has been placed, 4% of the total order value will be deducted from the refund amount towards payment processing and platform charges incurred upon placement of the order.

The remaining amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment.

The 4% deduction will not apply where the cancellation is initiated by Kshan Watches due to product unavailability, order processing issues, or any other reason attributable to us.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will instead be governed by the return conditions stated in this policy.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at support@kshanwatches.com with:

• Your order number
• The reason for the return
• Relevant photographs or videos
• Proof of delivery date, where required

If the return request is approved, we will provide the return shipping details by email.

The customer is responsible for safely packing and returning the product to the address provided.

Unless the return is due to an incorrect, defective, or damaged product attributable to Kshan Watches, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected to confirm that it meets the eligibility requirements mentioned above.

If the return is approved after inspection, the applicable refund will be processed to the original source or mode of payment.

Original shipping charges and other non-refundable processing charges, where applicable, will not be refunded.

The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the bank, payment provider or financing partner used for the original transaction.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it.

If the watch is received damaged, defective, non-functional, or if an incorrect product has been delivered, please contact us at support@kshanwatches.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and supporting photographs or videos.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution after verification.

Proof of Damage

For claims relating to damage during delivery, incorrect products, or significant physical defects present upon receipt, customers are required to provide an unboxing video recorded at the time the package is opened.

The video should clearly show the unopened package, the opening of the package, and the condition of the watch and its contents.

This helps us verify and process such claims efficiently.

Limited Warranty

Kshan Watches provides a 1-year limited warranty on the watch movement, commencing from the date of shipment.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects or functional failures relating to the movement when the watch has been used under normal conditions.

External components, cosmetic elements, and parts subject to normal wear and tear are not covered under the standard movement warranty.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Case, bezel, crown and caseback
• Crystal
• Dial, hands and indices
• Bracelet, clasp, straps and spring bars
• Surface finishing, brushing, polishing, coatings or plating
• Scratches, dents, marks, fading, discoloration or cosmetic deterioration
• Normal ageing and wear of components

The warranty also does not cover damage or malfunction resulting from:

• Accidental impact or physical damage
• Misuse, negligence or improper handling
• Unauthorized repairs, servicing, modifications or opening of the watch
• Exposure to chemicals, solvents, extreme temperatures or other unsuitable environments
• Water ingress resulting from improper use, an unsecured crown, damage to the watch, or use beyond its stated water-resistance rating

Any warranty claim will be subject to inspection by Kshan Watches.

If an external component such as the dial, hands, indices, crown or another part develops an issue that appears to result from a manufacturing or assembly defect rather than normal wear and tear, Kshan Watches may evaluate the matter separately and provide an appropriate resolution at its discretion.

The limited warranty does not cover routine servicing, maintenance, cosmetic restoration, polishing, replacement of worn external parts, or damage arising from normal use.

Warranty Claims

To raise a warranty claim, please contact support@kshanwatches.com with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs and/or videos demonstrating the problem

We may request that the watch be sent to us for inspection before determining whether the issue falls within the scope of the warranty.

Warranty coverage and the appropriate resolution will be determined after inspection of the watch.
